Caroline girvan program - Caroline Girvan and Heather Robertson both have excellent free programs on YouTube. Caroline tends to lift heavier and at a slower pace. Heather is a bit more cardio focused. Both of their programs are very professionally made and the best part is that neither of them talk during the exercises. None of that, "only 10 more!
