Dual wield builds arent really considered bad, but they are more often than not, less optimal than two handers, feat dependant, stat hungry and gear dependant where other builds usually work better with less. Dual wield ranged xbows is considered better than longbow by many. Then go 5 gloomranger 4 thief at 9. Then respec at 10 to go for 5 gloomranger, 2 fighter, 3 thief. Finish off with 1 more point in fighter and 1 more in rogue. This is the most min max to make sure you’re busted at every stage. You could of course ignore and just stick to 5/4/3 split for gloomranger, thief and battlemaster/champion respectively..
