2024 Jake brake not working on high

Ran idle up to 1500 via cruise control. It ran for 7.30 minutes and quit high idle. Set parking brake and resume high idle. Ran 6.30 minutes and quit, left brake on, reset high idle.... this time it ran 40 seconds, reran test-18 seconds run. Almost acts like a circuit breaker getting hot, trips, and the duration gets shorter each time.. Rl flo master sprayer

So, the compression brake quit working on my 04 Windsor, with 400 ISL. Dug into the schematic, gets power (indicator lamp comes on) located and feel the relay click Start chasing the wiring. Looking at the schematic, there is a solid line drawn between the two poles on the switch. High or low on the switch the Jake comes on in low mode and trans downshifts to 4th gear. That's all I get. If you look in the pic, the red circle shows the valve that releases compression when the brake is activated.
